The KoAloha Ohana
My story is short, simple and pure, much like the philosophy that KoAloha radiates:
I recently ventured to buy a factory second ukulele through Brian’s expert support and advice.
When I received it the super-concert was beautiful, its sound sweet and powerful- yet, somehow, I was not happy with the action. In the hot summer, I believe UPS ground must have warped it a little or I was just obsessing over it. So I sent it back and what I received yesterday is the most playable and perfectly setup instrument I have ever seen.
I tweeted a thank you with my admiration to Brian, Paul and Alan and here is Alan’s answer in TWITTER form:
“my braddah, @ KoAloha, it’s one big family. Thank YOU for supporting us. Customers = life = friends”
Simple, plain, true and heartwarming.
